STABBY CAKES

As you may have guessed, these were for Halloween.  They were 3 different types, vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet.  The frosting was vanilla buttercream for the choc and vanilla and cream cheese for the red velvet.  The blood is basic sugar glaze like you would make for donuts, just powdered sugar and water.  However in these I used lemon juice and obviously red food coloring.  The cookie knives were basic tuile batter and a template I made using thick cardstock (the back cover of a notebook) and an exacto knife.
