The top tier is 6" red velvet with cream cheese frosting, and the bottom tier is 9" cardamom cake with orange blossom buttercream. I used an embossing tool to make the stitch pattern and put candy pearls at the corners. For the top, I left the loose ruffled fondant to look more frilly and feminine and piped little pink flowers around the cake. The Foofa on top is pure fondant sculpted and secured on top with skewers.
